• Build and maintain a great candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process for all applicants.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in talent attraction by promoting unbiased recruitment practices.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from effective onboarding to career advancement.
• Design and implement career development programs that align with employee interests and organizational
needs.
• Provide career counseling and guidance to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Implement retention strategies to ensure high employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
