Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights on hiring, engagement, and retention.

  • Support workforce planning and optimize HR processes using data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HR analytics, data analysis or HR generalist role.
  • Strong Excel, HRIS, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
