Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR analytics, data analysis or HR generalist role.
- Strong Excel, HRIS, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise.
